Under strictly controlled heat and humidity fermentation process in creating Black Garlic from Korea contributes to creating a kind of super garlic that beneficial to health. As compared to the usual garlic which we have commonly used to know – the White Garlic ; Black Garlic able to reduce the pungent odour and strong flavour, making it more appealing without olfactory effects.

Black Garlic Production Process

To nourish and replenish the “qi” (energy) and blood condition, Meshima, Foxglove Root and Jujube were added in this extract.

The extract is thick in nature and can be consumed directly or diluted with warm water.
