Korea Red Ginseng Meshima Vinegar Drink was made from fresh Ginseng and Meshima using an old-traditional method.

It was primarily alcholic fermentation and next undergo for acetic fermentation to become vinegar. Finally, finished by adding in Red Ginseng extract.
